Ordering & delivery
What areas do you deliver to?+
We offer free same-day delivery (order by noon) across the city and suburbs, next-day delivery to nearby cities, and chilled 2–3 day courier nationwide across Pakistan.
How much is delivery?+
Same-day local delivery is free on orders over ₨2,500 (otherwise a flat ₨150). Nationwide courier is a flat ₨250. Farm pickup is always free.
Can I pick up from the farm?+
Yes — farm pickup is available daily from 8am to 6pm. Just choose 'Farm pickup' at checkout.
How do I track my order?+
You'll get an SMS/WhatsApp with a live tracking link once your order is out for delivery. You can also track it from your account.
Freshness & quality
How fresh is the produce?+
Almost everything is harvested the same morning it ships. We never store produce for weeks like a typical market supply chain.
What if I'm not happy with something?+
Our freshness guarantee means we'll refund or replace anything you're not delighted with — just contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Are your products organic?+
We're a traditional family farm. We grow with care using crop rotation and natural inputs wherever we can, but we don't currently carry formal organic certification.
Payment & subscriptions
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit cards, easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
How do subscription boxes work?+
Pick a weekly or monthly box and it arrives automatically. You can pause, skip, upgrade, or cancel anytime from your account — no contracts.
Can I order in bulk or for my restaurant?+
Absolutely. Visit our Wholesale page or contact us for volume pricing for restaurants, shops, and offices.
