Most food businesses claim nationwide delivery and leave you to discover what that means. We would rather set it out. Our farm sits in Tando Allahyar, an hour from Hyderabad and three from Karachi. Those two cities get the full fresh range on our own chilled vehicles — milk drawn that morning, fish netted before sunrise, vegetables cut the day they travel.
Punjab and the capital are a thousand kilometres away, and that distance is real. Raw milk has an honest window of about forty-eight hours and leafy greens have less, so we do not send either north. What we do send is the part of this farm that survives the journey intact: raw honey, small-batch desi ghee, stone-milled atta, and chilled fish on a fixed netting schedule.
