Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — fresh — and what happens if something isn't right.
Delivery zones & timings
- Tando Allahyar & surroundings: Free same-day delivery on orders over ₨2,500 (otherwise flat ₨150). Order by noon for same-day.
- Hyderabad & Mirpurkhas: Next-day delivery, flat ₨150.
- Karachi & nationwide: Chilled 2–3 day courier, flat ₨250.
- Farm pickup at Village Began: Free, daily 8am–6pm — say salam while you're here.
How we pack
Orders are harvested and packed the morning they ship. Chilled items travel in insulated packaging with ice packs so they reach you farm-fresh. We message you on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched, and account holders can follow live status on their account page.
Our freshness guarantee
If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or simply not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours of delivery — with a photo if you can — and we'll refund or replace it, no fuss.
Returns & refunds
- Because food is perishable, we don't accept physical returns of fresh produce.
- Instead, eligible issues are resolved with a refund or replacement on your next order.
- Refunds go back the way you paid (wallet transfer or cash) within 3 working days.
- Non-perishable items (e.g. seed packs) may be returned unopened within 7 days.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order any time before it's dispatched — a WhatsApp message is enough. Farm boxes can be paused, changed, or stopped the same way, with no fee.
