Delivery zones & charges

Delivery charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and whether the order needs chilling. Our own vehicles serve the local area, Hyderabad and Karachi; eligible orders elsewhere travel by courier. Checkout shows the charge for your selected zone and basket.

• Tando Allahyar & surroundings: ₨100 on our own run, free over ₨1,500. Order by noon for same/next-morning.
• Hyderabad & Mirpurkhas: ₨150 next-morning on our daily run, free over ₨2,500.
• Karachi: ₨250 next-morning on our own chilled vehicle, free over ₨4,000.
• Rest of Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi & beyond): pantry goods by courier from ₨250 (first kilo, then ₨60/kg), free on qualifying orders of ₨5,000 or more up to 8 kg, with excess weight charged. Eligible chilled orders use overnight cold-chain from ₨600 for 2 kg, then ₨90 per additional kilogram, on dispatch days.
• Farm pickup at Village Began: Free, daily 8am–6pm — say salam while you're here.

Fresh liquid milk and leafy greens are available within our Sindh delivery coverage. For other destinations, check the eligible pantry and chilled products before ordering. Delivery windows are estimates; weather, harvest timing and courier schedules can affect them.

How we pack

Harvesting, preparation and packing schedules vary by product. Chilled orders use insulated packaging with ice packs. Put items away promptly on arrival and follow the storage instructions. Use Track Order or your account to check the status, and contact us on WhatsApp if you need help.

Our freshness guarantee

If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or simply not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours of delivery — with a photo if you can — and we'll refund or replace it, no fuss.

Returns & refunds

• Because food is perishable, we don't accept physical returns of fresh produce.
• Instead, eligible issues are resolved with a refund or replacement on your next order.
• Refunds go back the way you paid (wallet transfer or cash) within 3 working days.
• Non-perishable items (e.g. seed packs) may be returned unopened within 7 days.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change an order any time before it's dispatched — a WhatsApp message is enough. Farm boxes can be paused, changed, or stopped the same way, with no fee.
