Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you — fresh — and what happens if something isn't right.
Delivery zones & timings
- City & suburbs: Free same-day delivery on orders over ₨2,500 (otherwise flat ₨150). Order by noon for same-day.
- Nearby cities: Next-day delivery, flat ₨150.
- Nationwide (Pakistan): Chilled 2–3 day courier, flat ₨250.
- Farm pickup: Free, available daily 8am–6pm.
How we pack
Orders are harvested and packed the morning they ship. Chilled items travel in insulated packaging with ice packs so they reach you farm-fresh. You'll receive an SMS/WhatsApp tracking link once your order is on the way.
Our freshness guarantee
If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or simply not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours of delivery — with a photo if you can — and we'll refund or replace it, no fuss.
Returns & refunds
- Because food is perishable, we don't accept physical returns of fresh produce.
- Instead, eligible issues are resolved with a refund or replacement on your next order.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-perishable items (e.g. seed packs) may be returned unopened within 7 days.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order any time before it's dispatched. Subscription boxes can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account.
