Pure whole cow milk from our own herd, fed on fodder grown on the same 60 acres. Milked before sunrise, chilled within the hour and delivered the same day — never mixed with powder, never diluted, never standardised down to a fixed fat percentage. This is milk with cream that rises to the top of the bottle, because nothing was taken out of it.
